Just in time for Motek 2018, FATH Components is again developing new products. In addition to the extended standard range, visitors of the trade show will also be able to take a live look at the friction joints for system arms and the swivel castors with lifting feet.
With their innovative concepts, both product lines set standards for system-independent design with aluminium profiles. The friction joints for system arms enable flexible use due to their wide range of possible uses and solve any task where a swivel arm is required.

A completely different approach is shown by the FATH swivel castor with lifting foot. With its heart-shaped mounting hole pattern, it can be universally attached to any profile with modular dimensions of 40 and 45.
This makes mobile racks for machines or racks possible. They can be positioned stably on the integrated FATH leveling foot with a simple step at the place of use.
A new mobility in production is thus created.

Innovation leads to new solutions
In addition to the two new products, FATH for the first time provides a service as an extension of its portfolio. The FATH CPM is an industry 4.0 pilot project between FATH and its technology partner ambos.io.
Both companies have together created a solution to optimize the supply chain in an industrial enterprise. The result is the FATH CPM tower, which monitors the picking of materials.
At a certain point in time, the system generates automatic orders that prevent empty production resources. FATH Components offers the new service as a pilot project and would like to make a contribution to digitization in the industry.
